Dua Lipa is an English musician and singer who was who was born in London United Kingdom on August 22nd 1995. The model signed with Warner Bros Records after a several years of hard work. She put out a self-titled album in the year 2017. It peaked in at third place at the top of the U.K. charts for albums and featured eight singles including the U.K. top ten hit track New Rules and Be the One I.D.G.A.F. Lipa won the Brit Awards in 2018 as a British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. Her album was certified platinum across the globe in a variety of countries. Dua Lipa was born in London on August 22 1995 to Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa Rexha and Dukagjin Lipa. By way of her maternal grandparent, Dua Lipa is Bosnian. Her ancestors are also traced back to the Kosovo cities of Peja. Lipa's grandparents were both historians. The siblings of Lipa are Rina as well as Gjin. Lipa was influenced musically by her father the guitar player and lead singer of Oda, the Kosovan rock group Oda.
