Rachael Leigh Cook (born October 4, 1979[1]) is an American actress and model. She has starred as a baby-sitter in films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) as well as in the television shows Into the West and Perception. She also voiced behind various characters in Robot Chicken and Tifa Lockhart in the Final Fantasy series, starting with the English version of the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker, and a stand-up comic as well as JoAnn Cook, a cook instructor and weaver. The actress is an Italian. Cook was seven years old when she made an appearance in a news announcement regarding foster care. When she was 10 years old, Cook began working as a model for children's printers. The work included national ads for Target and appearances on Milk Bone dog biscuits containers. She attended Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
